Pragmatic C Software Corporation Cuts Ties With Antrim Design Systems
MINNEAPOLIS, April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Pragmatic C Software Corporation
today announced the termination of its relationship with Antrim Design
Systems, Inc. of Scotts Valley, Calif.
A software license agreement under
which Antrim licensed Pragmatic C's digital Verilog simulator software, called
Cver, as the digital engine for Antrim's Verilog-AMS mixed signal simulator,
was terminated after Antrim was unable to make its minimum royalty payments to
Pragmatic C.
Antrim Verilog-AMS customers who desire support for the digital portion of
that product will now need to directly contact Pragmatic C.
"It is unfortunate to end this business relationship because Antrim's was
the first Verilog-AMS simulator," stated Steve Meyer, president of Pragmatic C
Software Corporation.
"However, Pragmatic C is now in a strong position to
explore exciting opportunities in the ECAD mixed mode simulation areas and to
focus more on marketing pure digital Cver, the only full P1364 Verilog
simulator with an easy to use, programming language style debugger and ships
with source code."
Founded in 1991, Pragmatic C Software Corp. is an innovative developer of
Verilog logic verification software.
